Shipping policy

All premade items that are in stock will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS. For all custom order products, please allow 1 to 2 weeks to receive your item. Times will vary depending on the complexity and the amount of items orders. If you order custom and ready to ship items in the same order you’re ready to ship items will NOT ship until your custom order is ready. All premade orders placed on Friday will go out Monday.

Shipping prices are based on purchase weight and location in the United States. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Please choose priority shipping for insurance purposes if you'd like your package insured.

Please understand that our shop will not refund packages for being lost or damaged in transit. Claims must be made through the postal services. Once it is shipped we have no control of what mail carriers do with the packages. Please refer the shipping number to track packages on USPS website.

Please note that Holidays and weekends are not included or recognized as business days.
